The road has reopened.
KENNEWICK, Wash. – A SWAT team along with Pasco and Kennewick Police have surrounded a home in the area of Union Street and 9th Avenue in Kennewick.
According to Kennewick Police Commander, Isaac Merkl, officers are looking to arrest multiple people wanted by law enforcement.
Animal control officers are also visible.
Union Avenue is closed between 8th and 9th.
