KENNEWICK, Wash. – A stolen vehicle was recovered on November 22, 2025, after a patrol officer spotted it near North Underwood Street and West Hood Avenue.
At approximately 10:52 a.m., the officer observed a man entering the vehicle. The man was later identified as 25-year-old Salvador Cardenas. Officers approached and safely detained Cardenas, according to the Kennewick Police Department.
Cardenas was arrested and booked into the Benton County Jail for possession of a stolen vehicle.
