
PASCO, Wash. – Two sections of road in Pasco will have their speed limits revised starting Jan. 31 following comprehensive traffic studies and community feedback.
The segment of West Court Street between Road 96 and Harris Road will have its speed limit revised to 25 miles per hour to address pedestrian safety concerns, especially with its connection to the Sacajawea Heritage Trail system.
Sylvester Street between Road 54 and 20th Avenue will have its speed limit revised to 30 miles per hour to reflect changes from recent safety and infrastructure improvements.
New signs flagged with “NEW SPEED” will be installed Friday.
