COLLEGE PLACE, Wash.- South College Avenue will be closed between 10th Street and Whitman Drive on Thursday, December 4, 2025, from 5:15 p.m. to 7 p.m. for the 2025 Winter Fest Light Up the Avenue Parade, according to a public notice.
Parade staging will occur on SW Bade Avenue, from SW 9th Street to SW 4th Street. Access to these streets will be limited to residents only.
The parade will start at the corner of South College Avenue and SW 9th Street at 6 p.m.
