
RICHLAND, Wash. – A Silver Alert is in effect in the Richland area for a missing 88-year-old man, according to the Richland Police Department.
According to RPD, James Kennedy left his home at 8 p.m. on Tuesday for a trip to Safeway on George Washington Way but did not return home.
Kennedy left his phone at home and had recently undergone a medical procedure that puts his welfare at a higher concern. His car was confirmed to have been near the store that evening, but neither him or his car have been seen since.
Kennedy is 6’5″, weighs 300 pounds and has blue eyes. He was last seen wearing an orange t-shirt, blue slacks, brown shoes and using a purple cane.
Kennedy drove a 2000 Honda Accord with Washington license plate AQU8378. Anyone who has seen him or has information on his location is urged to call 911 immediately.
