KENNEWICK, Wash.- Washington State Patrol (WSP) Troopers responded to a hit-and-run on I-82 near Locust Grove Rd in Kennewick early on the morning of April 20.
The crash involved a semi and a passenger car. According to the WSP the semi truck driver fled from the scene, but was stopped a short distance away.
The driver of the semi was booked arrested on suspicion of DUI and hit-and-run.
