RICHLAND, Wash. – A 9-year-old autistic girl was safely reunited with her family thanks to Project Guardian, a program established by the Richland Police Department. (RPD).
On the morning of February 16, 2025, RPD said officers responded to a call about a young girl seen walking alone with her service dog and a suitcase on McMurray Street.
