RICHLAND, Wash. – The City of Richland has announced the upcoming launch of MyAccount, a new utility customer service portal set to debut in October 2025.
MyAccount will replace the current E-Care system, providing residents with enhanced tools for managing their utility accounts, the city said in a release.
“Our goal is to provide customers with a more convenient and accessible experience when managing their utility services,” said Irma Bottineau, Customer Experience Manager. “MyAccount will offer enhanced features, improved functionality, and greater flexibility for residents and businesses.”
MyAccount will feature a user-friendly interface and streamlined navigation. Users can manage multiple accounts with a single login and receive customizable push notifications through a mobile app. SMS text alerts and tools for viewing account details, comparing usage rates and making payments will also be available.
The city said it will provide instructions for a smooth transition from E-Care to MyAccount in the coming weeks. Residents are encouraged to update their email addresses in E-Care to ensure they receive important notifications. For updates, customers can log into E-Care or contact Richland Customer Service at (509) 942-1104, option 4.
