RICHLAND, Wash. – A fatal single-car crash at Columbia Park Trail and SR 240 in Richland is under investigation by the Richland Police Department.
RPD says the both lanes are closed. The westbound lanes are expected to be closed for some time, but the eastbound lanes may reopen soon.
Drivers are asked to avoid the area until further notice.
