TRI-CITIES, Wash. – In observance of Presidents’ Day, government offices and facilities in Richland, Pasco and Kennewick will be closed on Monday, February 16.
In Richland, the closure includes City Hall, the Richland Community Center, the Richland Public Library and the Horn Rapids Landfill. Essential public safety services like police and fire will continue to operate without interruption.
Pasco City Hall will also be closed on February 16. It will reopen at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 17. The regular City Council meeting is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. on February 17 at City Hall.
In Kennewick, government offices, including the Kennewick School District and Kennewick Irrigation District, will observe the holiday closure. Normal business hours will resume on February 17.
Additionally, Benton County, Franklin County and Walla Walla County offices will be closed.
