RICHLAND, Wash. – Residents in Richland can take advantage of a special trash pickup service following recent high winds.
If residents chose to secure their garbage cans indoors, they can place extra bagged trash next to the curb on Tuesday, and it will be picked up free of charge.
For those who are missing a trash can or have found extra cans in their yard, the city is offering assistance.
Residents are encouraged to call or email with the can number or their street address to help sort out the issue.
