
RICHLAND, Wash. – The Richland Fire Department responded to a house fire around 4 p.m., according to Deputy Fire Chief Randy Aust.
Arriving units saw a lot of smoke near the back of the house and then moved to the attic.
Aust said All six occupants are safe and no injuries have been reported. Crews stayed at the house until about 6 p.m. Multiple agencies from across the region responded.
The house is considered unlivable for now. The Red Cross has been notified to help provide temporary housing options.
