RICHLAND, Wash. – The Dickey Foundation, the charitable arm of Dickey’s Barbecue Pit, has awarded an $8,200 grant to the Richland Fire Department. This grant is aimed at enhancing frontline safety and emergency response efforts in the Tri-Cities area.
The grant funded two high-power battery saw bundles and two additional diamond Priya blades. These tools are critical in aiding firefighters during rescue operations, vehicle extrications and structural emergencies.
