
PASCO, Wash. – A Pasco man was charged Thursday with one count of Felon in Possession of a Firearm based on a November 2024 search warrant.
Socorro Jesus Lopez-Spindola, 59, owner of Classic Towing and Recovery, was detained in 2024 for his alleged connection to an investigation involving robbery, extortion and threats to kill.
Pasco Police executed a search warrant of Lopez-Spindola’s business to allegedly find a loaded .22 caliber revolver in a drawer.
Before 2024, Lopez-Spindola had been convicted of multiple crimes, including Unlawful Reentry after Deportation.
The case is part of Operation Take Back America, an initiative that marshals use the full resources of the Department of Justice to combat illegal immigration.
