
PASCO, Wash. – The City of Pasco is seeking proposals for the 2026 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds, with $677,540 available for eligible activities, the city announced.
To qualify, proposals must benefit lower-income individuals, eliminate slum or blight, or address an urgent need. Applications are due by 5:00 p.m. on May 31, 2025.
Applicants must be qualified non-profit 501(c)(3) organizations and must address a priority need from the 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan. Social service projects will only be considered if permitted by local policy.
Public hearings for oral presentations are scheduled for June 26, 2025, and funding recommendations will be made on July 17, 2025, during Planning Commission meetings at Pasco City Hall.
