
PASCO, Wash. – An incident in Pasco took an unexpected turn while a man was being arrested for trespassing, police said.
On March 6, 2025, the man was reportedly seen jumping fences in a neighborhood when he was confronted by a homeowner, who contacted the Pasco Police Department.
Officers said they located the suspect and noticed he had dirt, scratches, and blood on him, consistent with jumping fences.
The situation escalated when one of the responding officers said the man spat on him, resulting in an additional charge of third-degree assault along with the trespassing charge.
The man was booked into Franklin County Jail, police said.
