The Pasco Public Works Department is touting its work over 2024 on the city’s wastewater treatment facilities.
In a release by the city, Public Works earned national recognition for Wastewater Treatment Plant improvements, the opening of a new water reservoir in west Pasco and expanding the Process Water Reuse Facility.
Other achievements include the opening of the Lewis Street Overpass and a roundabout at the I-182/Broadmoor Boulevard interchange along with new sidewalks and other safety improvements on Sylvester Street.
The city said the future looks bright as millions of dollars in grants have been awarded for future road projects.
