
PASCO, Wash. – Residents in the Pasco area are encouraged to join their neighbors and local law enforcement for National Night Out on Tuesday, August 5.
The event will take place at the west end of Chiawana Park from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., the city said in a release.
The first 100 kids to arrive will receive a free KONA Ice treat, courtesy of the Pasco Police Foundation, and a high five from Pasco Police Department officers.
National Night Out aims to strengthen the relationship between law enforcement and the community, promoting a sense of neighborhood spirit and crime prevention.
Attendees will have the opportunity to meet and chat with Pasco police officers, enjoy games and activities and pick up some fun police department swag for the kids.
