Pasco City Manager search narrows to three finalists

PASCO, Wash. – The Pasco City Council has announced three finalists in its search for a new City Manager. The candidates are Harold Stewart, David Stockdale and Eric Swanson.

Residents and community stakeholders can meet the finalists at the Red Lion Hotel & Conference Center in Pasco on Sunday, July 13 at 7:00 p.m.

Formal interviews with City Councilmembers, City Department Directors and community members are scheduled for July 14.

The City Manager, who oversees about 500 employees, is selected by the City Council and manages Pasco’s day-to-day administration.

Harold Stewart is currently the City Manager of Minot, ND, with over 20 years in public service, including 12 years in city management.

David Stockdale serves as the City Manager for Umatilla, OR, bringing 18 years of experience across state, county, and city government.

Eric Swanson, a retired Air Force Colonel, is the City Manager for Phoenix, OR, with over 30 years in strategic leadership roles.
