PASCO, Wash. – Nonprofits in Pasco have an opportunity to apply for grants aimed at improving the lives of low-income residents.
The city is opening the application process for the 2026 Community Development Block Grant Program. Pasco expects to receive just over $650,000 in funds for 2026, although the final amount will depend on the federal allocation.
Projects must benefit low-income community members or neighborhoods within the city, or create jobs for low-income residents. Only nonprofits are eligible to apply and may submit proposals through May 31.
The city will hold two public hearings to gather community feedback on how these funds should be distributed.
