RICHLAND, Wash. – A man was arrested on Friday night for reckless driving after police observed him driving at high speeds on Keene Road.
Richland police said that the car was traveling 77 mph in a 45 mph zone at around 8:45 p.m.
The driver was booked into the Benton County Jail and his car was impounded.
