CLARKSTON, Wash. – According to the Walla Walla District Corps of Engineers, winter hours for the Lower Granite Lock and Dam will start September 4th. The crossing will open daily at 7:00 A.M. and close at 5:00 P.M. It will close on November 24 for Thanksgiving, as well as Christmas and New Years.
