WASHINGTON – Another store in Kennewick’s Columbia Center Mall faces shutdown following a Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing.
The company, F21 OpCo, better known as Forever 21, announced that it will wind down its U.S. business while exploring options to continue with a partner or sell some or all of its assets.
Forever 21 U.S. stores plan to hold liquidation sales, and its website will remain operational during the wind-down, the company announced in a release.
Last month, JOANN Fabric, a Columbia Center Mall tenant, announced it would hold going-out-of-business sales at all store locations, pending Bankruptcy Court approval.
