KENNEWICK, Wash. – The community and parents with kids in the Kennewick School District (KSD) are invited to one of two upcoming meetings to talk about the adoption of instructional materials in the subject of English Language Arts (ELA).
KSD announced the ELA materials for K-5 classrooms over the 2025-26 school year will be presented to the school board in spring 2025.
Two adoption community meetings are planned:
Session 1
Monday, Feb. 10
6 – 7:30 p.m.
Amon Creek Elementary

Session 2
Thursday, Feb. 20
6 – 7:30 p.m.
Westgate Elementary
