KENNEWICK, Wash. – The Kennewick Police Department (KPD) announced on Wednesday night that debit and credit card payments are temporarily unavailable due to a nationwide outage with the BridgePay system.
Until the issue is resolved, KPD officials stated that cash or checks will be required to make payments for records requests and permit renewals. The department will provide updates when BridgePay services are restored.
“We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while this issue is being resolved,” KPD officials said.
