
KENNEWICK, Wash. – Kennewick and Benton County officials celebrated the opening of the new Moderate Risk Waste Facility at 1709 S Ely Street.
This facility, open to the public from 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m., offers Kennewick residents a safe way to dispose of moderate risk and household hazardous waste.
Household hazardous waste includes products such as paints, pesticides and automotive fluids.
However, items such as appliances, fireworks, and medicines are not accepted.
