RICHLAND, Wash. – The community is invited to celebrate “Introduce a Girl to Engineering Day” at the Richland library.
The event will be held in the lobby, gallery, and conference rooms, offering a unique opportunity for young students.
DiscoverE’s Girl Day encourages volunteers, educators, and engineers to inspire the next generation.
Participants can engage in hands-on engineering activities and enjoy free snacks.
The event on February 20 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. is open to all kids from 3rd to 12th grade, providing a chance to meet female engineers and scientists from the local area.
