KENNEWICK, Wash.–The W 5th and S Rainier St. was briefly closed while a traffic unit investigated a collision with an injury.
The investigation found probable cause to arrest a man on suspicion of vehicular assault, according to the Kennewick Police Department. The man is now in custody.
