TRI-CITIES, Wash. – Crews are responding to multiple traffic-related incidents across the Tri-Cities Thursday morning, according to Washington State Patrol Lieutenant Dustin Drout.
As of 7:50 a.m., crews are at 11 different incidents in the Tri-Cities caused by icy and slick roads. Most of the incidents are not crashes, but include spinouts, cars in ditches, vehicles blocking roadways and one rollover.
Drout says the traffic incidents are occurring all across the Tri-Cities, but multiple have taken place on US 12 and SR 240.
No major injuries from the incidents have been reported thus far.
WSP recommends drivers to drive cautiously, reduce speeds and increase following distance.
