BENTON COUNTY, Wash – The Benton County Mosquito Control District will send its plane in the air tonight for aerial spraying.
The treatment from 8:00 pm to 10:00 p.m. is planned due to high adult mosquito population numbers, the district said in release.
The plane will soar over the Yakima River and treat areas between Horn Rapids and the Yakima Delta.
Aerial spraying will also take place over the Sunnyside Wildlife Recreation Area.
