HANFORD, Wash. – Hanford Patrol at the Hanford Site has introduced two new K-9 teams to bolster security efforts in the area.
Officer Briana DeLine is partnered with K-9 Libby, while Officer Erik Bombard is teamed with K-9 League, Hanford announced in a release.
Hanford said the two-year-old black Labrador retrievers are trained to detect explosives and firearms, playing a crucial role in maintaining safety at the Hanford Site and nearby regions.
