RICHLAND, Wash. – Cheyenne LaViolette, the broadcasting and filmmaking advisor at Hanford High School, has been nationally recognized.
LaViolette received the Special Recognition Adviser Award from the Journalism Education Association.
This award is given to advisers who excel in supporting student journalism by serving as mentors, innovators and leaders in their field.
