GREAT FALLS, Mont. – NonStop Local’s senior reporter, Joee Taylor, has said ‘see ya later’ to Great Falls after nearly seven years of dedicated coverage in Central Montana.
Joee delivered her final on-air report this week, marking the end of her tenure which included breaking news, community events and in-depth storytelling across Cascade County and beyond.
During a farewell broadcast, station leaders and colleagues recognized Joee’s significant contributions to the local community. Her work brought local stories to viewers throughout the region.
Joee joined NonStop Local in Great Falls in 2019 as a producer before transitioning to a reporter role. She quickly became a familiar face on newscasts with her reporting covering public safety, education, elections, military coverage at Malmstrom Air Force Base and the Montana National Guard, and so much more. She also was the face of NonStop Local’s Good Samaritan series.
Station leaders say she is a valued team member with a wide range of talents as she played a part in anchoring on the news desk, assisting with digital work, and helped mentor new reporters.
In her goodbye message, Joee expressed gratitude to the Great Falls community and NonStop Local for their support and trust.
“Great Falls and NonStop Local didn’t just give me a home. It shaped me into the person and the journalist I am today. They gave me a place to grow, to learn and a community to love deeply. Thank you for welcoming me and giving me a place to call home for the past seven years,” she said.
Joee is moving to South Dakota to pursue a new opportunity.
“This isn’t goodbye; Big Sky Country doesn’t work like that. It’s just a see you later,” she said.
Her final broadcast aired this week on NonStop Local.
