KENNEWICK, Wash. – The Gesa Carousel of Dreams is set to host the 34th annual Harvest Bazaar on October 10 and 11 at the Numerica Pavilion, adjacent to the carousel.

The event serves as a fundraiser for the carousel and will feature nearly 90 vendors offering handcrafted décor, jewelry, handbags, food, candles, clothing, holiday items and more.

While most vendors come from the Columbia Basin, some hail from the greater Pacific Northwest.

The bazaar is open from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on October 10 and from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on October 11. Admission is $5 for those aged 13 and over, while children 12 and under can enter for free. Parking is complimentary, and food vendors will be on-site.

The carousel itself, a 114-year-old restored Charles Carmel hand-carved piece, opened in 2014 and attracts around 140,000 visitors annually.

Operated by the Three Rivers Carousel Foundation, a nonprofit organization, the carousel and its building are debt-free, providing rides to about 100,000 people each year.
