
FRANKLIN COUNTY, Wash. – This morning, Franklin County Fire District 3 responded to an injured rider at Juniper Dunes. Emergency Medical Services utilized Fire Department ATVs to reach the patient, according to Franklin County Fire District 3.
Officials emphasized the importance of safety in the area due to current foggy conditions and limited visibility. Riders are advised to exercise caution.
“If you’re going out riding or four-wheeling today, use caution,” said a representative from Franklin County Fire District 3.
They also advised against heading out alone and stressed the importance of staying with your group. Ensuring that family members are aware of your location and keeping your cell phone charged are also crucial safety tips for those heading to the dunes.
