PASCO, Wash. – Franklin County sheriff’s deputies arrested a man accused of threatening his wife Tuesday, March 4 on felony harassment charges.
A high-risk traffic stop was initiated near Pasco on Highway 12 near Sacajewea Park Rd and the suspect was taken into custody safely without incident, said deputies.
