KENNEWICK, Wash.–For 20 years, Elijah Family Homes provided support to families overcoming addiction with stable housing and case management.
To celebrate two decades of support, the organization will be creating a village with cottage homes, in partnership with multiple community members, to create a supportive environment for families, according to the Tri-City Chamber of Commerce. The village will create a community center for classes and workshops to help with growth through a three-year Transition to Success Program as well.
Community members are invited to an open house presentation this afternoon at 2 p.m. at Lextar Homes in Kennewick to see the vision for the six 700 square foot cottages come to life with videos and stories of impact, according to the Tri-City Chamber of Commerce.
