RICHLAND, Wash. – The Richland Police Department is investigating a drive-by shooting that occurred this morning at the Orchard Hills Apartments on Leslie Rd, according to a statement from the department.
Officers responded to the scene, and the Criminal Investigations Division is actively working on the case, the statement said. The police are urging anyone with information to come forward.
