KENNEWICK, Wash. – The Benton County Fairgrounds is set to host the Dinosaur Adventure this weekend, promising an exciting experience for families and dinosaur enthusiasts alike.
The event will take place on Sat., Feb. 1 from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sun., Feb. 2 from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Visitors will have the chance to meet Vinny, a two-month-old dinosaur who is one of the newest members of the Dinosaur Adventure team. Despite being young, Vinny is already a crowd favorite, offering opportunities for photos and interaction.
Christopher Plakut, a member of the Dinosaur Adventure team, shared his excitement about the event.
“I get to… do the fun job of training the dinosaurs, which gets to be a handful at all times,” he said. The event will feature a variety of dinosaurs, complete with sound and movement, ranging from small to large, ensuring a thrilling experience for attendees.
