SOUTH RICHLAND, Wash. – The 2nd Annual Community Wildfire Preparedness Expo is set for Saturday, May 3 at Badger Mountain Community Park.
The family-friendly event offers a chance for visitors to explore emergency vehicles, watch live demonstrations, and connect with firefighters and other professionals who protect the community, the City of Richland announced.
Richland Fire and Emergency Services, along with over ten community partners, is hosting the expo to provide vital tips and resources for staying safe from wildfire threats.
The event from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. will take place at the parking lot near the dog park, located at 350 Keene Road, northwest entrance of Englewood.
