Chris Pratt’s ‘Mercy’ tops weekend box office despite weather

Despite winter weather keeping many people home, Chris Pratt’s new movie “Mercy” claimed the top spot at the box office this weekend. According to early estimates, “Mercy” debuted at number one with $11 million.

“Avatar: Fire and Ash” dropped to second place but has now grossed more than $378 million domestically. “Zootopia Two” holds the third spot, while “The Housemaid” and “28 Years Later: The Bone Temple” complete the top five.

The success of these films highlights their strong performances despite challenging weather conditions affecting moviegoers.
