KENNEWICK, Wash.- Augment Wellness is a recovery center offering modalities that are science-based to help people recharge and take care of themselves both mentally and physically.
Lisa Arriaga is the Owner of Augment Wellness Tri-Cities and said they offer all kinds of amenities from compression therapy, contrast therapy with saunas and cold plunges as well as red light and hyperbaric chamber.
“It leaves people feeling great because we put it together in a way that is very intentional so when they leave they have a feeling of renewed energy,” said Arriaga.
Arriaga said Augment works to bring affordable, science-based techniques to the Tri-Cities. “It is a proactive approach and something that can really help you improve your sleep and reduce your stress and just recover from anything that you’re facing,” said Arriaga.
