Through its Alumni Impact Network, Communities in Schools of Benton-Franklin is helping former students stay connected and succeed as they transition into college, trade programs, or the workforce. The program is led by Alumni Coordinator Tyler Ramos and focuses on continued growth through six core pillars: building alumni community, career and professional development, civic engagement, life skills, personal wellness and post-secondary support.
“The program is designed to support CISBF alumni beyond high school through six core pillars,” Ramos said. “We create intentional spaces where alumni can stay connected, access resources, and continue growing as leaders.”
Alumni can attend monthly socials, join the Alumni Action Council, receive resume and job search support, get guidance with college enrollment, and give back by volunteering at places like the Tri-Cities Food Bank or mentoring students through the Empower Youth Mentoring Program.
Ramos says the network is open to any CISBF graduate looking for connection or opportunity.
“If they are graduates and want support, connections, or opportunities, they can reach out directly to me,” he said. “I’m here to help every step of the way.”
Alumni interested in joining can contact Tyler Ramos at tylerr@gmail.com or follow @cisbfalumni on Instagram for more information.
