FRANKLIN COUNTY, Wash. – Officials have identified a body found in rural Franklin County on Oct. 6, 2024, according to a press release from the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office.
FCSO says testing from the Washington State Patrol Crime Lab identified the man as 30-year-old Jaziel Jimenez Caballero of Pasco. He was last seen alive early in the morning of May 30, 2023 near downtown Pasco.
Caballero’s body was found at the Juniper Dunes Recreation Area east of Pasco.
Caballero’s death has been ruled a homicide and the investigation is ongoing. FCSO says no further information will be released at this time.
