
BENTON COUNTY, Wash. – The Benton County Auditor’s Office has announced that ballots for the April Special Election will be mailed on Wednesday, April 2, 2025. Voters need to ensure their ballots are postmarked or returned by Election Day, April 22, 2025.
This election is specifically for voters within the Finley School District No. 53. No postage is necessary for ballots returned via the US Postal Service.
For those not registered to vote in Washington, registration is available in person until 8:00 p.m. on Election Day. Registration can be completed at the Benton County Election Center in Kennewick or the Prosser Courthouse.
Drop boxes are open 24/7 until 8:00 p.m. on Election Day. For specific drop box locations, visit VoteWA.
The Benton County Election Division emphasizes the importance of signatures. Ballots must be signed, and the signature should match the one on file to be processed.
