BENTON COUNTY, Wash. – Benton County Fire District 4 (BCFD4) is offering praise to its 911 dispatch partner, SECOMM, for its exceptional coordination on the evening of July 4th.
While most people celebrated safely, some incidents led to significant fires requiring extensive resources.
To manage the situation, BCFD4 requested assistance from mutual aid agencies. Thanks to these efforts, no primary structures were lost, BCFD4 said in release.
BCFD4 expressed gratitude to the dispatchers at SECOMM for managing the high volume of calls efficiently, ensuring a well-coordinated emergency response.
