Umatilla County, Ore. — Umatilla County Fire District #1 (UCFD#1) and Umatilla Rural Fire Protection District (URFPD) responded to a three-vehicle accident at Highway 395 and Bensel Road this afternoon around 3:15 p.m., according to a post online.
UCFD#1 paramedics provided care and transported one person to a local hospital. No other injuries were reported.
The Oregon Department of Transportation, Hermiston Police Department and Oregon State Police assisted on the scene. UCFD#1 emphasized the importance of collaboration, stating they deliver “professional, compassionate care, wherever our community needs us.”
