KENNEWICK, Wash. – A suspect is in custody on Tuesday morning after a man was found in a parking lot on West Kennewick Avenue with stab wounds and pronounced dead at the scene by Kennewick police on Monday night.
The Kennewick Police Department (KPD) said officers responded to reports of the initial disturbance at around 9:32 p.m.
The victim was identified as 26-year-old Ali Al Juboori. KPD said both parties involved knew each other prior to the incident.
A 27-year-old Kennewick man was booked on a 72-hour investigative hold for murder in the second degree.
