LOS ANGELES, Calif. – The Department of Homeland Security reported that agents were attempting to arrest a man earlier today when he tried to escape and struck law enforcement with his vehicle.
An agent then opened fire at him as he attempted to flee.
The man was reportedly not shot, and was taken into custody.
The Department of Homeland Security identified the man as an undocumented migrant from El Salvador.
