YAKIMA, Wash. – 36-year-old Jason Logie from Wapato, Washington was convicted of second-degree murder for a fatal DUI crash in the Yakama Nation Indian Reservation in 2023.
While under the influence of alcohol on September 9, 2023, Logie crossed the center line on North Track Road and hit an oncoming car. The driver of the oncoming vehicle was killed as a result.
Logie will be sentenced on November 18, 2025.
